Motion by the attorney for the children Keith Wayne B. Y., Kerry Jamal Y. B., and Kia Kianna B. on appeals from five orders of the Family Court, Queens County, all dated May 5, 2008, to direct the respondent SCO Family of Services to produce the children Keith Wayne B. Y., Kerry Jamal Y. B., and Kia Kianna B. for interviews and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before February 5, 2010, the respondent SCO Family of Services shall produce the children Keith Wayne B. Y., Kerry Jamal Y. B., and Kia Kianna B. at the offices of the attorney for those children for interviews; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time of the attorney for the children Keith Wayne B. Y., Kerry Jamal Y. B., and Kia Kianna B. to serve and file a brief on the appeal is enlarged until February 22, 2010.
