ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated January 21, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which assigned an attorney to represent the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated June 19, 2009, and October 5, 2009, is amended by deleting the third decretal paragraph thereof and substituting therefor the following decretal paragraph;
"ORDERED that the assigned counsel shall prosecute the appeal of Noemy H. expeditiously in accordance with any scheduling order or orders issued pursuant to § 670.4(a) of the rules of this court (22 NYCRR 670.4[a]); and it is further,"
