| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated October 1, 2009, and January 8, 2010, (1) in effect, for leave to reargue his prior motion, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the order dated October 1, 2009, and to waive the filing fee, for free transcripts, and for the assignment of counsel, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated November 13, 2009, and (2) to stay enforcement of the order dated January 8, 2010, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and for leave to prosecute that appeal as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
