Appeals by Dorothy E. Richardson from six orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, all dated June 24, 2009 (one in each proceeding). Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Jeremy L. Goldberg, Esq., dated November 1, 2009, it is

ORDERED that the respondent Andrew Hourie is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeals under Appellate Division Docket Numbers 2009-07394 and 2009-07398, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to those appeals on his behalf:

(1) the respondent Andrew Hourie is interested in responding to the appeals, or

(2) the respondent Andrew Hourie is not interested in responding to the appeals, or that he or she has been unable to contact the respondent, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
