DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se for to enlarge his time to serve and file a supplement to his supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered September 25, 2007, and for leave to include an exhibit in the supplement.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appellant's time to serve and file the supplement to his supplemental brief is enlarged until March 22, 2010, and the supplement shall be served and filed on or before that date and shall include the letter appended to the appellant's motion papers; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplement to the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
