DECISION
Motion by appellant to stay enforcement of the judgment pending determination of the appeal is granted on condition that within 10 days from the date of the order hereon appellant deposit with the court below the sum of $1,002, and upon the further condition that the appeal be perfected by March 5, 2010. Appellant shall file with this court proof of the deposit within one business day after the deposit is made.
In the event that any of the above conditions are not met, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondent may move to vacate the stay on three days' notice.
