DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated January 21, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which denied with leave to renew a motion by the appellant for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated September 14, 2009, is amended by adding to the decretal paragraph thereof after the words "with leave to renew", the words "on or before February 17, 2010".
