Defendant-Appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Onondaga County, dated April 23, 2009, and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Linda M. Campbell dated January 8, 2010, the affidavit of Pierre Cosby sworn to July 27, 2009, the notice of motion with proof of due service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion be, and the same hereby is granted and,
It is further ORDERED that the Onondaga County Clerk of the is hereby directed to furnish Linda M. Campbell with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audio taped minutes, if any, of the proceedings had and filed in said Clerk's Office upon which the appeal is based, and
It is further ORDERED that the appeal from the order dated April 23, 2009 is hereby consolidated with the appeal taken from the judgment of the Supreme Court, Onondaga County, rendered August 21, 2006, for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
