DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the attorney for the child to be relieved of an assignment to represent the child on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (IDV Part), dated November 3, 2008.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the attorney for the child, Janet Neustaetter, Esq., the Children's Law Center, 44 Court Street, 11th Floor, Brooklyn, New York, 11201, is directed to turn over all papers in the action to the new attorney for the child herein assigned; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as attorney for the child:

and it is further,

ORDERED that on or before February 18, 2010, Milana Tarnavsky shall produce the subject child at the offices of the attorney for the child for an interview; and it is further,

ORDERED that the time of the attorney for the child to serve and file a brief is enlarged until March 25, 2010, and the brief of the attorney for the child must be served and filed on or before that date.
