Application by Deborah L. Wiacek, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department March 15, 1995, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Deborah Wiacek Mintz.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Deborah L. Wiacek to Deborah Wiacek Mintz, effective immediately.
