| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the nonparty-appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered July 25, 2008, and October 1, 2009, respectively, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this court dated November 19, 2009, as conditioned a stay of disbursement of certain proceeds in the above-entitled action, upon the perfection of the appeal on or before December 21, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion dated November 19, 2009, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "December 21, 2009," and substituting therefor the date "March 30, 2010."
