Motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered March 6, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the court's own motion the decision and order on motion dated December 12, 2008, which granted the appellant's pro se motion for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief is recalled and vacated and the motion for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief is denied.
