On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated May 19, 2009, in the above-entitled case, which granted a motion by the appellant, on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated May 29, 2008, and an amended judgment of the same court entered April 10, 2009, is amended by deleting from the third decretal paragraph thereof the word "judgment", and substituting therefor the words "amended judgment".
