Motion by the attorney for the children on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated April 13, 2009, to withdraw as attorney for the children and to assign a new attorney to represent the children on the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition to or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before March 8, 2010, the attorney for the children shall either (1) make a motion in the Supreme Court, Westchester County, to withdraw as attorney for the children and to have a new attorney appointed or assigned to represent the children on the appeal, or (2) serve and file a brief on the appeal.
