Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of Sam Chinn sworn to January 14, 2010, the notices of motion with proof of service thereof, the opposing affirmation of Victoria M. White dated January 29, 2010, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time be and the same hereby is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered November 23, 2009 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date January 25, 2010 and inserting in place thereof the date March 26, 2010, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion for permission to proceed as a poor person is dismissed as unnecessary, and the motion is otherwise denied.
