Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered February 22, 2005, which was decided by decision and order of this court dated October 3, 2006, inter alia, to clarify a decision and order on motion dated November 17, 2009, which determined their motion, among other things, pursuant to CPLR 5015 to vacate the decision and order of this court dated October 3, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
