DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to substitute Hammock & Sullivan, LLC, for Edwin Ira Schulman, Esq., as retained counsel on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered July 26, 2004.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that Edwin Ira Schulman, Esq., is relieved and is directed to turn over all papers in the action to new retained counsel; and it is further,

ORDERED that the following is substituted as retained counsel for the appellant on the appeal:
