ORDERED that its order to show cause dated February 2, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated September 28, 2009, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "February 19, 2009," and substituting therefor the date "February 19, 2010".
