Application by the respondents Orange Regional Medical Center and David K. Israel pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated August 6, 2009.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the movants' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until March 31, 2010, and the movants' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the reply brief of the appellants-respondents Johnvito L. Salerno and Radiologic Associates, P.C., shall be served and filed on or before May 5, 2010, and the respondent-appellant shall serve and file her reply brief on or before May 21, 2010.
