SCHEDULING ORDER

Appeals by Dorothy E. Richardson from six orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, all dated June 24, 2009 (one in each proceeding). The appellant's brief was filed in the office of the Clerk of this court on November 17, 2009. By scheduling order dated January 26, 2010, the respondent Andrew Hourie was granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeals under Appellate Division Docket Numbers 2009-07394 and 2009-07398, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to those appeals on his behalf:
