On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated February 11, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by counsel assigned to represent the defendant on an appeal from an order of the County Court, Rockland County, dated October 28, 2009, is amended by deleting from the third decretal paragraph the address "120 No. Main Street - Suite 203" and substituting therefor the address "49 Maple Avenue."
