| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 8, 2008, for leave to reargue a prior motion which was, inter alia, to enlarge the record to include a certain "Supreme Court custody forensic" which was decided by decision and order on motion of this court dated December 11, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED on the court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until April 6, 2010, and the appellant's reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
