Motion by the appellant pro se an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated March 11, 2009, to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record on appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that on or before March 8, 2010, the appellant remove pages 450 through 474 from the copies of the record on appeal filed with the Clerk of the court.
