| DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the attorney for the children on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated August 12, 2009, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this court dated September 3, 2009, as amended December 10, 2009, as conditioned a stay of enforcement of so much of the order as awarded Sophia A. overnight visitation on alternate weekends, upon the perfection of the appeal on or before January 11, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion dated September 3, 2009, as amended December 10, 2009, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "January 11, 2010," and substituting therefor the date "March 22, 2010."
