Appeal by Norman A., Jr., from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated June 15, 2009. The appellant's brief was filed in the office of the Clerk of this court on December 2, 2009, the respective briefs of the respondent Theresa G. and the attorney for the child were served and filed on February 11, 2010.
