It is Ordered that the petitioner-respondent's motion to vacate the stay is granted. The warrant of eviction may be executed and the legal fees hearing may proceed in the trial court. The Commissioner of Finance of the City of New York is directed to release the funds on deposit in this proceeding, plus interest and less any costs, to the petitioner Trump Plaza LLC.
