Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated January 27, 2010, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that it has been rendered academic as the order dated January 27, 2010, has expired; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic.
