| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered March 28, 2008, and for the assignment of new counsel, or, in the alternative, to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute the appeal and substitute retained counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to relieve counsel and for the assignment of new counsel is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied without prejudice to renew on or before March 26, 2010, if the appellant retains counsel.
