| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by A.O. Smith Corporation on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, all dated November 20, 2008, for the court to take judicial notice of three orders of the same court all dated September 17, 2008, and three dated stamped verified complaints and accompanying summonses for the actions commenced under Index Nos. 14921/03, 1886/04, and 7867/04.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before March 11, 2010, A.O. Smith Corporation shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the three orders dated September 17, 2008 and three dated stamped verified complaints and accompanying summonses for the actions commenced under Index Nos. 14921/03, 1886/04, and 7867/04.
