Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated December 15, 2009, and December 16, 2009, respectively, to stay enforcement of the order dated December 15, 2009, as "awarded [the respondent] 50% as and for direct child support' in the amount of $2,000 per month," pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
