Motion by the appellants to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered December 22, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appellants' time to comply with the order entered December 22, 2009, is extended until March 26, 2010.
