ORDERED that its scheduling order dated February 22, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated July 27, 2009, is amended by deleting from first decretal paragraph the date "February 26, 2010," and substituting therefor the date "March 5, 2010."
