Appeal by Vasilios Giousos from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated January 28, 2009. The appellant's brief was filed in the office of the Clerk of this court on September 2, 2009, and the respondent's brief was served and filed on October 9, 2009. By decision and order on motion dated January 21, 2010, a new assigned counsel was assigned to the appellant and a supplemental brief was served and filed on February 11, 2010. Pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]), it is
ORDERED that the briefs, if any, of the respondent and the attorney for the child in response to the supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before March 23, 2010.
