| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered September 7, 2006, and a resentence of the same court, imposed November 29, 2006, for a reconstruction hearing with respect to the minutes of the proceedings on May 15, 1991, and May 16, 1991, and to hold the appeal in abeyance pending the reconstruction hearing.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
