It is Ordered that the motion is granted only to the extent of staying the execution of the warrant of eviction until after April 12, 2010. If, by said date, the appeal in this nuisance / drug holdover proceeding has been perfected, then the appellant may move for a continuation of the stay. Otherwise, the warrant of eviction may be enforced after April 12, 2010. No further application to continue the stay will be granted unless the appeal has been perfected.
