ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated February 24, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which denied a motion by the appellant, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated December 15, 2009, and December 16, 2009, respectively, is amended by deleting from the caption Appellate Division Docket No. "2020-01162" and substituting therefor Appellate Division Docket No. "2010-01162."
