Separate applications by The Way It Was, Inc., and A.C. Remodeling, Inc., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2), in effect, to enlarge the time to serve and file their briefs on appeals and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered July 21, 2009.
ORDERED that The Way It Was, Inc., shall serve and file its brief on or before April 16, 2010; and it is further,
ORDERED that A.C. Remodeling, Inc., shall serve and file its answering brief on or before May 21, 2010; and it is further,
ORDERED that Steven Sommovigo and Jessica Sommovigo shall serve and file a brief on or before June 25, 2010; and it is further,
