| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent pro se, inter alia, for leave to defend an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated October 8, 2009, as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto; it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 the following named attorney is assigned as counsel for the respondent to defend the appeal:
