Application by the respondent Westchester County Human Rights Commission pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated August 3, 2009.

ORDERED that the application is granted and the time of the respondent Westchester County Human Rights Commission to serve and file a brief is enlarged until April 5, 2010, and the brief of the respondent Westchester County Human Rights Commission must be served and filed on or before that date.
