Defendant having moved to consolidate the appeals taken from a judgment of the Monroe County Court rendered on July 21, 1989, with the appeal taken from an order of the Monroe County Court entered March 14, 2007, and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Gary Muldoon dated January 15, 2010, the notice of said motion with proof of service thereof, the letter of Leslie E. Swift dated January 15, 2010, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion be and the same hereby is granted, and the appeals are hereby consolidated for the purpose of perfecting and arguing the appeals, on the condition that the appeals are perfected on or before March 24, 2010, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
