| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Yong Qing Wang, d/b/a Wang's Laundry for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated October 23, 2009, which affirmed a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered July 31, 2008, and to stay enforcement of the warrant of eviction, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the warrant of eviction is denied as academic.
