The brief of the appellant-respondent was filed in the office of the Clerk of this court on August 26, 2009, the brief of the attorney for the child was served and filed on October 9, 2009, the brief of the respondent-appellant was served and filed on December 23, 2009, and the reply brief of the appellant-respondent was served and filed on February 1, 2010. Pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]), it is
ORDERED that the time of the respondent-appellant to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until March 18, 2010; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
