Motion by the appellants Robert Santagata, Stephen Santagata, and Denise Hopkins Santagata, joined by the appellant Arthur Kelly, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order of this court dated October 20, 2009, which determined appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated April 3, 2008, and a judgment of the same court dated June 4, 2008.
