Application by the respondents David A. Hansell and Richard F. Daines pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, which was transferred to this court by an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 10, 2009.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the time of the respondents David A. Hansell and Richard F. Daines to serve and file a brief is enlarged until April 12, 2010, and the brief of the respondents David A. Hansell and Richard F. Daines must be served and filed on or before that date.
