Separate appeals by Ramon R. and Noemy H. from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated June 19, 2009, and October 5, 2009, respectively. By decision and order on motion dated October 29, 2009, the appellant Ramon R. was given until December 15, 2009, to perfect the above-entitled appeal. The appeal has not been perfected.
On the court's own motion it is
ORDERED that the appeal by Ramon R. is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
