| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by the respondent for reinstatement as an attorney and counselor-at-law. The respondent was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on May 8, 1975. By opinion and order of this court dated November 18, 2002, the respondent was disbarred and his name was stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law based on his resignation tendered pursuant to 22 NYCRR 691.9 (see Matter of Claro, 301 AD2d 187).
