Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered January 21, 2010, to stay enforcement of an order of the same court dated October 2, 2009, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to comply with the order entered January 21, 2010, by appearing in court and verifying certain certifications is extended until March 24, 2010.
