| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant George R. Osborne to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated August 3, 2009, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom. Separate motion by the appellant pro se to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record on appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions, the papers filed in opposition to the motion for a stay, and the papers filed in relation to the motion to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record on appeal, it is
ORDERED that the motion for a stay is denied; and it is further;
ORDERED that the motion to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record on appeal is granted.
