On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated February 19, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the appellant, on appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Queens County, both rendered November 14, 2008, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the words "Kings County", and substituting therefor the words "Queens County".
