Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Gerhardt M. Nielsen sworn to February 9, 2010, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeals taken by plaintiff from the orders entered June 23, 2009, and December 14, 2009, are hereby consolidated with each other and with the cross appeal taken by defendant Robert J. Ostrander, M.D., from the order entered June 23, 2009, and
It is further ORDERED that the consolidated appeals be perfected on or before May 6, 2010, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
